Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Across Mahé, Praslin and La Digue — homes, offices, hotels, guesthouses and villas. Choose your island in the top bar to see delivery times for your location.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items from Mahé sellers usually arrive the next day on Mahé. Inter-island orders take 2–5 days via ferry.
How much is delivery?
SCR 75 per seller, and free on orders over SCR 1,500. We don’t currently ship outside Seychelles.
Payment
How do I pay?
Sey Commerce Hub only accepts Cash on Delivery. Pay the courier in Seychelles Rupees (SCR) when your order arrives. We never ask for card details.
Why do I see prices in USD or EUR?
In Tourist mode we show an estimated conversion to help visitors compare prices. It’s for reference only — the amount you pay is always in SCR.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes — unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Request a return from your order and the courier will collect it.
How are refunds paid?
Once the seller confirms the return, refunds are paid in cash or by bank transfer.
